Returns for Physical Products

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition.

  • Original packaging, tags, accessories, and proof of purchase must be included.

  • Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Opened perfumes or fragrances

  • Gift cards

  • Digital products or downloadable content (if applicable)

How to Request a Return

To start a return, please contact us with:

  • Your order number

  • The product(s) you wish to return

  • A brief explanation of the reason for the return

Please do not send items back without receiving return authorization.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we'll notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

  • Processing typically takes 5–7 business days, depending on your payment provider.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Exchanges

If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We'll work with you to arrange a replacement or another suitable resolution.

Digital Services

Shaan Dynasty also provides digital services, including website design, Shopify development, SEO, content creation, branding, and digital consulting.

Because these services involve time, planning, and customized work, they are non-returnable and non-refundable once work has begun.

If you experience any issues with the delivered work, we'll make reasonable revisions according to the agreed project scope to ensure a satisfactory outcome.
